Patch
Test
All colour services require a skin test and strand test, at least 48 hours before our appointment.
Deposit
Deposits are only required for Hair extensions and Bridal appointments. A bridal deposit will reserve your booking .
Cancellation
Policy
I kindly ask that if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment you do so within at least 48 hours notice to avoid a 50% charge of your service this includes any clients that fail to arrive for there scheduled appointment.
